Install the cross-compile toolchain
May 28, 2020 Navigate to the download folder and copy the libaacs.dll file to your clipboard. After that, go to your desktop and right-click on the VLC shortcut and select Open File Location option. Paste the copied libaacs.dll file inside the VLC folder. Then you can navigate to 'VLC' directory, and move & copy the libaacs.dll file into it directly. Then it is time to check whether we have done all the things successfully. Launch the VLC Media Player in your computer, open the Blu-Ray disk that was previously failing with the warning “This Blu-Ray Disc needs a library for AACS decoding”.
